Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping in orders within Italy. Once payment is authorized, item will be sent out. For shipping to another country, the price is calculated depending on the destination.
If website is on sales, shipping is not included in the price.
Shipping days usually take 5 working days, but will depend on country and time of the year.
Return & Exchange Policy
In case you are not satisfied with your product, we accept returns within 07 days from day of purchase, free of charge. You can ask for money return or change of sizes and model. Product should be unwashed, unworn, and with original packaging.
You can send your item to us with you preferred shipping company at your own expense and we ask for a tracking number to follow.
We are not responsible for items lost in transit and the money would not be returned in case of loss of product.
Once product is returned to us, payment will be made as bank transfer or PayPal.
